We are a team of HR professionals from Germany with a lot of international experience in job grading, HR analytics, compensation structuring, organisation and personnel development, information technology and strategic personnel management in general.

QPM is privately held and well backed.

It is our mission to make job grading accessible, affordable and easy to use for any organisation that needs to compete in and create HR programmes for a changing labour market, where formerly task based jobs become professions, middle skill jobs are under pressure and the demand for highly qualified personnel is increasing.
